Pokemon World of Warcraft - What is Item Upgrade?
The upgrade system for items allows players to improve the stats on weapons, armors and trinkets. It also provides unique effects and procs.

Glyphs

These rewards could include units, XP or resources.
The most popular glyphs give significant buffs or significant nerfs for various types of units. Players must carefully consider their options before making a decision to commit to them. For instance, the glyph of Nilrend has a fairly high probability of removing an order marker on an opponent's army card. This gives the player a slight advantage in the beginning of the game. The impact of this glyph diminishes when more units appear on the board, and the chances to defuse a unit are reduced.
Other glyphs can directly impact the control of maps. For instance, the glyph of Valda increases the range of all ranged units by 1, which is an impressive increase for many units that often struggle with slow movement rates (such as the Marro Stinger line or 4th Massachusetts). In addition to these units, this glyph also is effective on melee units that may have difficulty in getting into the right position to deal with damage.
Some glyphs like the Discretionary Ligatures glyph are designed to enhance fonts' visual appearance and might include additional characters in addition to the standard set. This is done to make fonts appear more realistic, or to add additional embellishments.
The Glyphs Panel menu lets users to create an individual Glyph set by selecting the glyphs they would like to add to it. Active Skill Growth Books, and Passive Skill Growth Books can be used to enhance skills that are passive or active.

Pokemon Unite has recently introduced a brand new item type called Super Item Enhancers. These powerful items let players increase the level of their Held Items to Level 30. However these expensive and rare items are limited in number. They must be carefully selected to ensure that a player can select the most beneficial item for their character.
While Item Enhancers can be purchased through the Aeos Emporium shop for 10 Aeos Tickets each They are usually available through the various events that Pokemon Unite runs from time to time. These special events in game will distribute Item Enhancers to commemorate a milestone, or they may be provided as part of a challenge that has a set duration.
Most items boost their stats in a linear fashion as they upgrade, but the final stats of a Held Item could be more than double its initial value once it has been maxed out. For example, the Muscle Band increases its attack and defense stats by one each time it is upgraded to level 2. However, when it reaches level 20, its stats are +15 attack and +7.5 percent attack speed.
The price of these Item Enhancers is high however they are essential for those who want to increase their performance in Pokemon Unite. It can be a huge struggle to upgrade all the Held Items to their maximum level, but those who are determined and patient will eventually succeed.
